Bedroom 1 (TV room - 356x337 / 12m2)
The current owners turned the largest bedroom into an extra living room in 2019. During winter, they only heat this room (which faces South and is very light and sunny), so that heating costs have been limited to only a few hundred euros per year in recent years. The electrical heating plate that is being used here gets the room from 14 to 20 degrees within half an hour, even when it is really cold outside (this, despite still having single glazing in this room).
